INFORMATION ON THE POSITION
Consult with clients to analyze business and technical requirements for data networking, security services, and collaboration solutions
Design and implement data networking infrastructure and security or collaboration solutions which exceed client expectations
Build broad technical expertise through on-going training and certification
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with clients to identify business and technical networking requirements
Design networking solutions to meet the clients business requirements
Implement network technologies based on approved network architectures and designs
Execute test plans to ensure network infrastructure is functioning as planned
Document network designs, configurations, and operating procedures
Support the transition of the network to the appropriate support organization
Continued personal development and training (personal time will need to be utilized as well)
Attend administrative meetings
INFORMATION ON THE QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
The ability to learn complex technical concepts and technology
A strong desire to learn advanced networking technology
Must be able to effectively articulate complex subject matter in a corporate setting
The ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to travel extensively
EDUCATION
A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
ACCELERATED ON-THE-JOB TRAINING PROGRAM
The training program will be:
Month 1 and 2 is very intense classroom and lab training to achieve initial Cisco certification
Month 3 and 4 is split time between continued training and working with mentors in the field
After month 4, you are assigned to projects as a billable consultant and continue to pursue additional Cisco certifications
The goal is to become a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) within 9 months
A Bonus is paid for those candidates that achieve their CCNP certification within 6 months
Candidates must sign a two year retention agreement to be accepted into the program

The IT Audit Intern will assist the auditor in charge with the control self
assessment survey. Activities for this project will include:
• Administration of surveys
• Interpretation of results
• Preparation of survey results for management review
• Conversion of some of the remaining Lotus Notes based certification databases
to a new platform.
• Assist the auditor in charge with review of the Linux Server Security.
Qualifications:
Students must be enrolled in the following majors: CIS/MIS/AIS. Students should
be at the junior/senior level with a GPA of 3.0 or above
